Free shipping on orders over £100
Standard shipping is £3.95.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days for standard delivery and will be sent by Royal Mail, second class, signed for service. Items usually arrive within 2 -3 working days but please allow up to 5 working days.
Packaging
We use plastic free packaging and all of our packaging can be recycled.
Returns
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information about our returns policy.
Returns Process
You have up to 28 days to make a return. For all returns we request that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and the item must be received by us within a further 14 days (28 days in total). All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all the original packaging and tags and labels attached. When returning items we recommend recorded post and retaining proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods if they are not faulty. We will only issue a refund for any original postage cost if the item is faulty.
Refunds
After receiving your return, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the original order was placed. We can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. Our shipping and returns policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions accepted at purchase.
